What should you prepare for a quotation?

Missing information is not a barrier, but the following speeds up the quotation.

  • PDF technical drawing

    With tolerances, surface expectations and notes.

  • STEP geometry

    The 3D body geometry.

  • DXF profile

    A 2D profile or contour, if any.

  • Material and grade

    Type, grade and required material certificate.

  • Quantity and call-off plan

    Total quantity; a staged delivery plan if there is one.

  • Heat treatment and surface treatment

    Requirements such as hardening or coating, and their sequence.

  • Standards and documents

    Inspection report, first-article document, traceability expectations.

  • Confidentiality

    State it in the form description if you would like an NDA.

Questions before you request a quote

Which files can I attach and how large can they be?

PDF, STEP (.step / .stp) and DXF files are accepted. Up to 5 files; each up to 10 MB, 25 MB in total. For larger files, contact us by e-mail.

I only have a sketch or a sample. What should I do?

State the situation in the description, and add dimensions if you can. Missing information is completed together before the quotation; if a sample is needed, that is discussed too.

Can I request a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Yes; state it in the form description. The matter is discussed before your technical drawings are shared.

Can I request a prototype or a series?

Both are assessed. Quantity and delivery plan are clarified at the quotation stage.

In which languages can we communicate?

Turkish and English.
