How it is clarified
The customer's quality specifications and document expectations are clarified in writing at the quotation stage.
02Shared requirements
Six topics that stand out in every industry
Whatever the industry, the topics below are clarified in writing during quotation.
- 01
Traceability
Is there a record requirement tied to a lot or serial number, and at what level?
- 02
Documentation
Documents such as material certificates, inspection reports and first-article documents.
- 03
Surface and finishing
Surface quality, coating, anodising, heat treatment requirements and their sequence.
- 04
Series stability
The expectation of consistency between lots and the in-process control approach.
- 05
Packaging and logistics
Packaging that protects the surface, labelling and delivery terms.
- 06
Confidentiality
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) request to protect technical drawings.
03Prototype to series
Priorities change as quantity grows
Whatever the industry, flexibility comes first for a prototype, process stability for a pilot lot and repeatability for a series. Sharing your quantity plan in the request helps us set up the process correctly.

Questions about industries
Which industries do you serve?
This page describes the areas where precision machined parts are typically needed; it does not imply completed references. Every request is assessed from the technical drawing and requirements, regardless of industry.
Do you work in regulated fields such as aerospace, defence or medical devices?
In these fields the customer defines certification and regulatory requirements and they are discussed before any commitment. Eclipse does not state that it holds any certification for these fields.
Can we sign a confidentiality agreement?
You can state a request for a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in the form description to protect your technical drawings; it is discussed before the drawings are shared.
