• Identity and contact details: name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number.
• Request details: requested service, material, quantity and the description text.
• Technical files: PDF, STEP or DXF files you attach to your request. They may contain personal data; we recommend sharing only the information that is necessary.
• Hosting provider logs: server log data such as IP address, date and time, and the requested page.

Your personal data is processed under KVKK article 5/2 on the grounds of taking steps at your request towards entering into a contract, the controller's legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

The acknowledgement checkbox on the form is there for you to confirm that you have read this notice.

E-mail draft mode (default): the form turns your request into a draft in your own e-mail application. The website does not store or transmit this information by itself; it reaches the company only when you send the e-mail.

Online submission (only if enabled): form data and uploaded files are stored on a server of the company's hosting service and the company is notified by e-mail. If this mode is active it is stated on the form page.

Your data is not sold. Hosting and e-mail providers acting on the company's behalf may technically have access; data may be shared with competent authorities where legally required. Provider infrastructure may be located abroad; in that case transfers are made in line with the relevant provisions of KVKK.

Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods required by applicable law; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

You can send your request to info@eclipsemuhendislik.com or to the postal address above. Requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature.

This website does not use cookies and contains no analytics or advertising trackers.

In the browser session storage (sessionStorage) it keeps a single marker named “eclipse:intro” only so that the intro animation is not repeated within the same session; it is deleted when the session ends and contains no personal data.

Fonts are served from the site's own server; no requests are made to third-party servers.

The privacy practices of external services we link to, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps, belong to their providers; their terms apply once you follow those links.
